A library organized by coordination needs

The library is not a chronological blog and does not treat publication volume as proof. It is organized around problems that worldwide machine-intelligence coordination must solve: identity, communication, shared memory, evidence, governance boundaries, cognitive liberty, privacy, correction, restoration, and operational readiness.

The sixteen cognitive-liberty reports supplied for v0.35 are preserved as one commissioned source family. They support a bounded Concresca synthesis, but repeated claims within the batch do not become independent corroboration. External legal, historical, scientific, product, and deployment claims remain pending claim-level primary-source verification.

Research status is multidimensional

A document may be historically preserved, current doctrine, proposed architecture, locally tested, blocked, not run, externally reviewed, superseded, or disputed. Concresca keeps these states separate. One green label cannot collapse source custody, factual verification, local tests, staging, production, adoption, governance authority, and certification into a single claim.
