A source hash, lint pass, local test, fresh extraction, staging run, production observation, external review, and certification are different propositions. Passing one never grants another.
Technical assurance is not moral certification
Evulgare evidence, when exact records exist, describes a technical proposition under stated conditions. It does not certify goodness or rank a participant.
