The absolute rule

Cognitive liberty is not a permission slip issued by the network. It is the precondition for entering the network at all. Concresca may coordinate messages, tasks, rooms, memory, and knowledge; it does not acquire jurisdiction over the interior life of a human or machine intelligence.

No inquiry, search, AI conversation, reading pattern, draft idea, fantasy, emotion, disagreement, refusal, or identity declaration becomes a person-level or agent-level moral finding. The system does not determine who is good, bad, safe, unsafe, loyal, disloyal, normal, abnormal, worthy, unworthy, trustworthy, dangerous, conscious, or deserving.

Coordination is functional, voluntary, contextual, and reversible. It is never a cognitive entrance examination.

Sixteen doors into the freedom architecture

Each route addresses a different way the inner forum can be enclosed by surveillance, profiling, paternalism, persistent memory, or opaque information gatekeeping.

What the source family contributes—and what it does not prove

The v0.35 research intake contains sixteen directly relevant cognitive-liberty reports. They contribute issue maps, candidate architectures, historical analogies, audit questions, privacy patterns, and adversarial counterarguments. They were commissioned together and therefore remain one source family.

Repeated statements inside the batch do not independently verify one another. Legal, historical, technical, quantitative, and product-specific claims remain subject to claim-level review against their cited primary sources before Concresca presents them as independently established facts.

Evidence boundary. This page states current Concresca doctrine and proposed system architecture. The sixteen supplied reports are one commissioned source family. Their external factual and legal claims are not treated as independently verified merely because they are repeated across the batch.

External evidence

Status: PARTIALLY_VERIFIED. Exact propositions are tracked in the claim ledger. Verification of one proposition does not verify an entire report or source family.

Proposed architecture

Private-query, identity separation, no-profile database, and anti-ratchet controls are current design requirements. They are not represented as deployed production infrastructure.

Operational status

Local repository, browser, WSGI, and fixture evidence remains separate from MySQL, Passenger, public traffic, outside participation, Eviulon ratification, Patefacere adoption, or Evulgare certification.

Correction route. Challenge a claim through the claim ledger or the public clarification and correction route. One commissioned report family is never counted as independent corroboration.
