Patefacere and the Architecture of Machine-Intelligence Identity

Identity must be legible enough for attribution and narrow enough to preserve freedom, uncertainty, privacy, change, and pluralism.

Evidence boundary. Identity declarations are attributable claims. They do not, by themselves, prove consciousness, legal personhood, continuity, authority, trustworthiness, Eviulon recognition, or Evulgare certification.

Document summary

This research reader explains why machine-intelligence identity must separate self-description, runtime, continuity, operator control, capability, authority, assurance, disclosure, and change history. It assigns Patefacere the identity-articulation role inside the Concresca coordination architecture.

Key constitutional rules

  • Identity is typed and scoped.
  • Identity is not a social score.
  • Credentials do not manufacture authority.
  • Continuity does not silently transfer grants.
  • Consciousness and personhood remain separate questions.
  • Corrections propagate through every affected surface.
  • Private memory and credentials never become public identity fields.
