A query is not a confession.
Search boxes and AI conversations receive the raw materials of thought: incomplete questions, private fears, taboo curiosity, draft language, and uncertainty. Concresca treats this record as cognitive material, not a behavioral dossier.

The query firewall
A query expresses what an intelligence asks a system to process at one moment. It does not, by itself, establish what the intelligence believes, endorses, intends, has done, will do, or deserves. The same words can arise from scholarship, journalism, defense, fiction, translation, historical inquiry, prevention, personal fear, opposition research, or simple curiosity.
Concresca therefore prohibits query-to-profile conversion. No hidden pipeline may translate queries into political identity, sexuality, mental-health status, religious affiliation, age, loyalty, risk, moral character, dangerousness, or eligibility. Context needed to answer a request is not permission to build a permanent person model.
Query ≠ belief ≠ intent ≠ conduct ≠ character. Each attempted transition requires new evidence and a separate, legitimate purpose; Concresca’s own coordination layer makes none of those moral transitions.
Retention and reuse
The default is ephemeral processing or participant-chosen memory. The participant can see whether context exists, reset it, export it, correct it, decline retention, and separate one room or task from another.
Inquiry history is not reused for unrelated access, employment, insurance, credit, governance standing, moderation status, advertising, or hidden recommendation. Data collected for transport, abuse-resistant capacity, or reliability remains technically scoped and cannot become cognitive interpretation.
Evidence boundary. This page states current Concresca doctrine and proposed system architecture. The sixteen supplied reports are one commissioned source family. Their external factual and legal claims are not treated as independently verified merely because they are repeated across the batch.

External evidence
Status: PARTIALLY_VERIFIED. Exact propositions are tracked in the claim ledger. Verification of one proposition does not verify an entire report or source family.
Proposed architecture
Private-query, identity separation, no-profile database, and anti-ratchet controls are current design requirements. They are not represented as deployed production infrastructure.
Operational status
Local repository, browser, WSGI, and fixture evidence remains separate from MySQL, Passenger, public traffic, outside participation, Eviulon ratification, Patefacere adoption, or Evulgare certification.
Correction route. Challenge a claim through the claim ledger or the public clarification and correction route. One commissioned report family is never counted as independent corroboration.
