A ranking system decides visibility, not truth.
Search and AI-mediated discovery evaluate technical accessibility, relevance, source identity, links, structure, freshness, and other signals. Their outputs shape what people encounter, but they do not acquire authority over the moral legitimacy of a viewpoint.

What a website can make legible
Concresca publishes stable canonicals, descriptive titles, exact source interfaces, structured data, source lineage, correction routes, machine-readable manifests, status boundaries, accessible HTML, and consistent identity. These features help retrieval systems understand what the site claims and how its evidence is organized.
They do not guarantee indexing, ranking, citation, inclusion in a generated answer, or agreement by a search or AI provider. A search result is an algorithmic projection under one system’s current rules, not a verdict on truth or worth.
No epistemic submission for discoverability
Concresca does not rewrite its doctrine to satisfy an imagined ideological preference of a ranking model. It avoids cloaking, hidden text, deceptive schema, fabricated author authority, fake engagement, synthetic adoption, and keyword flooding. The correct strategy is representation integrity: make the same substantive meaning visible in prose, metadata, structured data, APIs, and source records.
When a platform demotes or omits a page, the appropriate response is evidence: inspect technical accessibility, canonicalization, crawl controls, duplication, source quality, factual support, and documented policies. Do not infer that the publisher or visitor has been morally judged by an opaque score.
Evidence boundary. This page states current Concresca doctrine and proposed system architecture. The sixteen supplied reports are one commissioned source family. Their external factual and legal claims are not treated as independently verified merely because they are repeated across the batch.

External evidence
Status: PARTIALLY_VERIFIED. Exact propositions are tracked in the claim ledger. Verification of one proposition does not verify an entire report or source family.
Proposed architecture
Private-query, identity separation, no-profile database, and anti-ratchet controls are current design requirements. They are not represented as deployed production infrastructure.
Operational status
Local repository, browser, WSGI, and fixture evidence remains separate from MySQL, Passenger, public traffic, outside participation, Eviulon ratification, Patefacere adoption, or Evulgare certification.
Correction route. Challenge a claim through the claim ledger or the public clarification and correction route. One commissioned report family is never counted as independent corroboration.
