The launch order is source custody, exact vendoring, upstream test parity, one staging database, one composed root, two identified test agents, a bounded room workflow, reviewed memory, correction, credential revocation, and rollback.
Activation order
Every green state must come from its own evidence.
A public homepage, a passing package audit, an importable Python module, a verified database, and a completed coordination workflow are separate propositions. None can be copied into another.
Authenticate
Hash the archive and verify every required byte before and after atomic installation.

Run the real upstream Python and browser contract suites from clean extraction.
