The current work defines the exact staging, migration, backup, restore, charset, transaction, and parity gates. It does not convert controlled fake backend responses into database evidence.
Production readiness requires verified relational storage.
When MySQL is required, a file or SQLite backend cannot silently satisfy readiness. Credentials remain outside packages, and backup/restore must preserve identities, rooms, messages, routing, review state, receipts, corrections, expiries, revocations, and access boundaries.
