The live v0.39 status surface mixed current content with 0.25, 0.28, 0.32, 0.33, and 0.35 release markers. The v0.40 current status, root gate owner, no-judgment status owner, and readiness API all publish 0.40.0-wip while historical v0.39 data remains explicitly historical.
