The v0.41 shell preserves the established visual language and approved hero while replacing fixed gutters, fixed column counts, oversized status-first viewports, and detached status tables with fluid interpolation and task-first status structure.

Deep-dive findings
The prior status hero consumed most of the first desktop viewport and all actionable space on mobile. Current status and repair instructions appeared below the fold. Fixed breakpoint grids produced abrupt changes, and the status owner table sat outside the shared content width.
