The execution harness discovers all upstream Python tests, JavaScript contracts, and verification commands only after a passing source receipt. Every test family must be nonempty, every command must be attributable, and all failures and output digests remain visible.
Browser contracts
Every discovered JavaScript or CJS suite must run with zero failed suites.
Verification commands
WSGI, static site, secret, package, repository-boundary, UAI, and enterprise-readiness checks remain separately recorded.
