Freedom charter
Run Record

A result without its method is only a claim.

Reproducibility requires identified inputs, method and tool identity, typed result, excluded scope, correction route and human release authority.

Answer first

What must a future external observation record?

Exact systems, versions, authority, purpose, payload class, period, fields, normalization, result, limitations, reviewer and reproduction basis. The method schema does not fabricate an external run that did not occur.

Truth boundary: v0.18 reports exact repository-owned bytes, deterministic local checks, schemas and analytical definitions. It does not report a fresh external capture, live shared interoperability, a production partition or restoration, adoption, legal recognition, safety certification or independent certification.

Observation lifecycle

A repeatable evidence path

  1. declare exact source allowlist
  2. record source role and authority boundary
  3. capture observation time and publisher revision separately
  4. record selected fields, non-retained fields and unavailable fields
  5. compute truthful digest over exact local bytes or declared selected fields
  6. map artifact to formal properties
  7. record support, partial, contradiction or not-observed without scalar compression
  8. record what the result does not establish
  9. review source independence and dependent claims
  10. append successor capture after material change
  11. propagate corrections and preserve pending downstream targets

Invalidation

A result remains reviewable after publication

  1. Invalidate a human-legibility claim when human-visible text omits or contradicts a material machine field.
  2. Invalidate a temporal result when identity, field scope, normalization, version semantics, or time basis becomes incomparable.
  3. Invalidate restoration state when authority expires, is revoked, is stayed, or a material competing history appears.
  4. Propagate material invalidation to known dependent claims, decisions, receipts, caches, simulations, and representations.
  5. a dependent claim is contradicted or superseded
  6. canonical URL or owner changes
  7. digest input description was inaccurate
  8. source independence classification changes
  9. stable ID, status, authority, jurisdiction, purpose, scope or revision changes
  10. synthetic artifact becomes live or a live artifact becomes unavailable
  11. truth boundary or implementation class changes

Follow the exact support boundary

Repository implementation and local execution remain local evidence classes. They do not establish external adoption, production behavior, legal recognition or independent certification.

CLM070 · CONCRESCA IMPLEMENTATION STATE

Concresca v0.17 hashes exact local registry bytes where available and labels external fingerprints as selected-field digests rather than raw remote response hashes.

Evidence owner: exact Concresca repository registries and, only where stated, the deterministic local run record.

First-party and synthetic public artifacts establish only the named public record or fixture. They do not independently establish external recognition, production operation, shared-protocol adoption or certification.
