A research prompt must forbid invented work as explicitly as it forbids project drift.
The earlier scope correction prevented adjacent-project contamination. Version 4 adds the second missing lock: a report generator without repository and execution access may not claim files, routes, tests, packages, hashes, deployments, users, authority, or certification.

The assignment record must state what materials and tools are actually present.
Repository editing
Requires exact archive access, identified owner files, actual changes, and diff evidence.
Testing
Requires executed commands, nonzero collection, environment identity, outputs, failures, and limitations.
Packaging
Requires real ZIP bytes, integrity checks, source parity, hashes, and fresh extraction.
Deployment
Requires authorized host action and observed live evidence; a deployment plan is not deployment.
Source-family lock

The report must identify common commissioning origin and trace outside evidence before claiming corroboration.
