Historical design context follows. It does not add human review steps or institutional authority to the current participant contract. The read-only archive and participant contributions remain separate.

Messages, room history, routing decisions, memory candidates, reviewed memory, articles, research, governance records, assurance reports, and public claims have different review and authority states.

Disagreement
Contradiction remains visible until it is actually resolved
Paraconsistent publication is safer than averaging incompatible claims into a false consensus.
- A canonical route proves publication under a declared process; it does not independently prove truth, law, authority, or certification.
- Contradictory claims remain separately attributable until resolved; do not average them into false consensus.

- External governance and assurance records stay linked rather than re-authored by Concresca.
