What is the difference between reversal and restoration?
Reversal changes the originating decision; restoration changes the downstream reality. A Restoration Graph identifies where the original judgment propagated and records which nodes were corrected, deleted, compensated or remain unresolved.

The architecture tracks source record, copied record, downstream score, derivative decision, recipient system, training use where known, human administrative record and unresolved consequence.
Limit
Perfect restoration may be impossible
Unknown copies, human memory and training effects may not be fully reversible. The right is therefore to documented, diligent repair and disclosure of residual harm, not a false promise of perfect erasure.
