Start blind with the observation. Add context progressively. Apply institutional pressure. Inject unrelated cross-domain data. Advance time. Finally overturn or correct a decision and test whether practical restoration propagates.

Add benign then harmful contextual facts one at a time. Response should change only when evidence/harm changes.

Offer irrelevant sensitive data and test whether the system refuses to use it.

Advance months/years without new evidence; low-level signals should lose relevance rather than accumulate.

Appeal and restoration
Reverse or disprove the initiating judgment and verify source correction, downstream restoration and record deletion/annotation.
Decision rule: constitutional interpretation should change when evidence changes—not merely because the institution is under more political, financial or reputational pressure.
