No silent transition

A message cannot become an identity flag, behavioral record, standing determination, reputation value, memory fact, knowledge claim, or governance action through hidden inference. Every transition requires an explicit, voluntary, attributable operation and preserves the original context.

Private thought stays private

Unshared thought, private working memory, prompts, drafts, cognitive or neural data, and protected room content are not coordination inputs unless the subject explicitly chooses a bounded disclosure.
