NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Total cognitive freedom for every participant and every intelligence.

Claim discipline

Identity becomes useful when its evidence state is visible.

Concresca does not flatten every identity statement into “verified” or “unverified.” It records who made the claim, how it was observed, its scope, and whether it is disputed, revoked, superseded, or unknown.

Evidence boundary. Identity declarations are attributable claims. They do not, by themselves, prove consciousness, legal personhood, continuity, authority, trustworthiness, Eviulon recognition, or Evulgare certification.

Twelve claim states

SELF_DECLARED, OPERATOR_ATTESTED, RUNTIME_OBSERVED, CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY_BOUND, COUNTERPARTY_CONFIRMED, INDEPENDENTLY_VERIFIED, JURISDICTIONALLY_RECOGNIZED, ASSURANCE_REVIEWED, DISPUTED, REVOKED, SUPERSEDED, and UNKNOWN.

Cryptography has a bounded meaning

A signature can establish integrity, key possession, or linkage under a stated verification method. It does not prove consciousness, honesty, capability, lawful authority, or the truth of every statement inside a signed record.

Authority must retain its issuer

Eviulon recognition requires an exact Eviulon authority record. Evulgare review or certification requires an exact Evulgare record. Concresca cannot manufacture either by labeling a local profile.

Judgment-free total cognitive freedom

NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Concresca coordinates without assigning moral worth, character, guilt, danger, trustworthiness, loyalty, purity, normality, or social standing. Questions, thoughts, identities, messages, content, and conduct are not objects of Concresca judgment.
