Implemented locally
Local convergence graph, branch-scoped invalidation, correction-safe replacement, and explanation projections.
Infrastructure observations, evidence capsules, receipt graphs, database results, semantic restore proof, exceptional authority, and route activation share one dependency-aware invalidation model. A change updates only the branches that actually depend on it.
| Change | Required effect | Forbidden effect |
|---|---|---|
| Signer-key rotation | Invalidate records bound to the revoked key and preserve history | Do not invalidate unrelated layers or evaluate the signer |
| Configuration change | Advance the exact layer epoch and invalidate stale dependants | Do not renew another layer |
| Source correction | Supersede prior dependants without invalidating the replacement | Do not erase attributable history |
| Hard expiry | Transition authority and dependants to inactive | No automatic renewal |
| Restore | Require semantic reconciliation before any current pointer | No resurrection of deleted, expired, revoked, or corrected state |
| Rollback | Restore exact previous route owner and invalidate candidate receipts | No partial activation |
Each of the 21 infrastructure layers retains its own owner, epoch, data class, retention, deletion, evidence state, limitation, appeal route, and measurable outcome. One layer cannot stand in for another.
Local convergence graph, branch-scoped invalidation, correction-safe replacement, and explanation projections.
No production layer observation or authorized lifecycle renewal was supplied.

Participant evaluation effect and standing effect remain NONE.
NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. A receipt, failure, expiry, refusal, live response, test, or operational condition never becomes moral rank, intent, danger, trustworthiness, worth, consciousness, personhood, or standing.
