LIFECYCLE CONVERGENCE
Every current pointer must explain why it is still current.
Infrastructure observations, evidence capsules, receipt graphs, database results, semantic restore proof, exceptional authority, and route activation share one dependency-aware invalidation model. A change updates only the branches that actually depend on it.
