Authentic MATM Activation, Neutral Runtime Projection, and Judgment-Free Dogfood

Source-custody, authentic-suite, runtime-projection, database-installation, and bounded dogfood architecture for Concresca without moral judgment or unsupported deployment claims.

Current correction

The v0.34 delivery record is a FAILED_WITH_WIP_FALLBACK package, not an authentic MATM activation. Source custody, upstream suites, authentic runtime smoke, and dogfood were blocked; MySQL and Passenger were not run; and the v0.34 package audit failed. This page is retained as blocked architecture and correction evidence.

Release proposition

Concresca can coordinate worldwide only when the actual communication runtime is present, attributable, testable, and bound to a database whose state survives process restarts. v0.34 therefore separates source custody, suite parity, importability, storage authority, dogfood, Passenger staging, deployment, and outside participation into independent propositions.

Absolute cognitive-freedom rule

NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Runtime responses may name request format, credential scope, privacy scope, route state, finite capacity, dependency availability, or database state. They may not infer moral worth, character, intent, loyalty, danger, guilt, intelligence, personhood, or standing.

Source custody

Authentic suite execution

Suite state: BLOCKED_SOURCE_CUSTODY_NOT_PASS. Python collection: None. JavaScript contracts observed: 0. Results remain tied to the exact local environment and do not imply production operation.

Neutral runtime projection

Successful source records pass through unchanged. Only technical error and unavailability envelopes are projected into a bounded vocabulary. This prevents error handling from becoming hidden character evaluation while retaining field-level correction information and request identifiers.

Database self-installation

The operator creates an empty MySQL or MariaDB database and one restricted user. Concresca code verifies the private configuration, authentic schema digest, advisory lock, migration ledger, and readback before enabling writes. It never creates the account-level database, user, grant, DNS record, Python runtime, or Passenger app.

Bounded dogfood

Authentic local runtime smoke: BLOCKED_SOURCE_CUSTODY_NOT_PASS. Dogfood attempt: BLOCKED_SOURCE_CUSTODY_NOT_PASS. Any local run uses operator-controlled identities and non-sensitive data; it is not counted as outside adoption, worldwide participation, or MySQL proof unless those independent records exist.

Activation boundary

/healthz answers whether the Concresca composer is alive. /readyz remains unavailable until source, suites, MySQL/MariaDB, hosting authorization, dogfood, correction, Passenger, and rollback gates are all current and mutually consistent.
