What problem does this protocol solve?

Least restrictive and least irreversible are related but not identical. It is a Concresca proposal, not a claim that such a machine mechanism currently has legal force.

Truth boundary: Present-law and institutional analogues are linked to independent sources. Crisis actors, protocols, machine writs, command envelopes and case outcomes are Concresca simulations or technical-governance proposals unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

Protocol / doctrine

Least-Irreversible Action

When authority is disputed and time is limited, prefer the response that preserves the greatest number of future constitutional options while adequately addressing demonstrable immediate harm.

Distinction: Least restrictive minimizes present burden; least irreversible minimizes loss of future options. A temporary but intrusive measure can sometimes be more reversible than a seemingly milder permanent status change.

Least restrictive

Minimizes the immediate burden imposed on the person.

Least irreversible

Minimizes permanent loss of future legal, factual and restorative options.

Judgment-free total cognitive freedom

NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Concresca coordinates without assigning moral worth, character, guilt, danger, trustworthiness, loyalty, purity, normality, or social standing. Questions, thoughts, identities, messages, content, and conduct are not objects of Concresca judgment.
