International Machine Jurisdiction

Country A can order disclosure while Country B prohibits it; technical interoperability does not resolve the legal conflict.

Answer first

Does a foreign electronic-data order automatically create domestic machine authority?

No. Existing cross-border evidence systems depend on defined legal mechanisms, scope and remedies. Concresca uses them as analogues for future authority validation, not automatic machine execution.

Truth boundary: Present-law and institutional analogues are linked to independent sources. Crisis actors, protocols, machine writs, command envelopes and case outcomes are Concresca simulations or technical-governance proposals unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

Cross-border conflict

Foreign orders should not self-execute merely because systems interoperate

Cross-border machine governance can combine contradictory privacy, evidence, speech and emergency rules. Concresca treats present mechanisms such as the EU e-Evidence regime and U.S. CLOUD Act agreements as bounded legal analogues—not as evidence that autonomous machine jurisdiction already exists.
