Is E8 automatically more truthful than E2?
No. The ladder is not a universal credibility score. It tells you what kind of evidentiary relationship exists and how independent or operational it is.
Truth boundary: Concresca proposals remain proposals. Eviulon descriptions are first-party Eviulon doctrine unless independently sourced. Evulgare descriptions are first-party technical/research evidence, often synthetic where stated. External recognition, production readiness and certification are not inferred.
