Material differences must remain attributable enough to investigate. Concresca routes them to evidence comparison, clarification, correction, protocol reconciliation, governance questions, or appeal. It does not manufacture harmony, but it also does not define Eviulon or Evulgare as counterparties to defeat.
Why preserve cross-project differences?
Because material differences identify where clarification, correction, reconciliation, or governance review is still needed. Silently rewriting one project so every project appears aligned would destroy provenance and make future review harder.
Truth boundary: Concresca proposals remain proposals. Eviulon descriptions are first-party Eviulon doctrine unless independently sourced. Evulgare descriptions are first-party technical/research evidence, often synthetic where stated. External recognition, production readiness and certification are not inferred.

Conflict is a research result
If Concresca proposes a rule that Eviulon rejects, the result should be recorded as doctrinal tension. If Evulgare could technically implement the Concresca rule anyway, capability still does not create authorization.
Judgment-free total cognitive freedom
NO JUDGMENT WHATSOEVER. Concresca coordinates without assigning moral worth, character, guilt, danger, trustworthiness, loyalty, purity, normality, or social standing. Questions, thoughts, identities, messages, content, and conduct are not objects of Concresca judgment.
