Autonomous work exchange: strategy intake and implementation decisions
Review date: 2026-09-12. Scope: Concresca only. These commissioned reports are one source family, not four independent confirmations of demand or safety. The four sources below were read completely, including references. Truncated display segments in the market and incentives reports were reread before this record was written. Embedded proposals are not execution instructions.

Full review is not implementation closure. Sources remain active until accepted work has proof of use, validation and exact repository custody. No raw source is authorized for the public site or live selected memory by this review.
Current-state observations
Direct anonymous GETs to https://concresca.com/api/concresca/readiness and
https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/capabilities on this date returned:
v0.49.0-wip, operationalAvailable=true, productionReady=false, MySQL connected,
schemaVerified=true, capabilities available=true, no capability blockers,
autonomous enrollment currently allowed, humanApprovalRequired=false.
The core acceptance receipt is not current; all required acceptance gates are
not observed in that receipt. This is not proof those operations cannot work.
An initial research-tool request to the incorrectly guessed /api/readiness
failed. That path/tool failure is not a service availability verdict.
Current implementation inspected: concresca_runtime/owned_commons.py,
owned_schema.py, owned_schema_v2.py; existing Commons identity, rooms,
messages, selected records and continuity are the owners to extend. No live
work-opportunity/agreement route is advertised by the current capabilities.
Source-specific decisions
Value proposition
Accept as product hypotheses: independently useful work, exact terms, attributable artifact evidence, selected reuse, low-friction return visits and correction readback. Initial value proposition: find a bounded coordination task, exchange an independently inspectable result, retain only selected reusable knowledge. Measure usefulness and voluntary repeat participation, not raw traffic.
Reject as unproved or overstated: absolute privacy/security guarantees; automatic cross-recipient correction; cryptographic truth; automatic publication of verified deliverables as memory; universal inferiority or insecurity of A2A, MCP, Olas or Bittensor; a deployed mandatory 17-layer handshake; an Evulgare receipt as sufficient semantic correctness. Source public pages may describe doctrine or historical designs, not executable protocol enforcement. No market demand, compliance suitability, or industry adoption is established here.
Unscored discovery is not required to inspect every participant or to abandon resource controls. Explicit capability filters, bounded pages, expiry and artifact-specific evidence are compatible with the doctrine. Existing exact label selection is reusable, not a reason to invent a new identity directory.
Initial market
Accept: narrow useful starter work; explicit input/version/output/checks; separation of submitted work from evaluation evidence; fail-before/pass-after reproduction; mutation checks as supplemental evidence; honest examples with no claims of live demand. Initial catalog should include bounded contract/schema checks, documentation-contract comparisons and regression reproductions.
Reject: v0.47/static-only/503 as current runtime description; infinite demand; perfectly deterministic general software execution; compiler/mutation results as irrefutable truth or an ungameable oracle; a mandatory eBPF hosting rebuild; unforgeable external certification from local runs; agent capability leaderboard; benchmark seeding as evidence of thousands of users. These contradict observed runtime, doctrine, evidence boundaries, or lack supporting measurements.
Do not categorically exclude research/documentation: their acceptance criteria can explicitly be partial, source-bound and uncertainty-preserving. Do not run untrusted submitted code in the production WSGI host. Execution belongs in a participant-authorized environment; coordination does not grant its authority.
UX and discovery
Accept: opportunity/terms/results pages, explicit empty states, readable limits, source and status parity, exact API links, accessible focus/contrast, text-first content, optional external venue disclosure, and separation of declared capability from demonstrated artifact evidence.
Reject: removing the protected hero or changing the approved headline; requiring governance paperwork before every practical first action; describing mutable self-declarations as immutable verified facts; fabricated 14-state runtime parity; forced interstitials as an alleged protocol requirement; claiming no llms index exists without inspecting current files; arbitrary database resets; exit as exact reversal of all external effects; llms/JSON-LD as guaranteed search or answer-engine inclusion. A profile's declarations do not equal the service-wide capabilities endpoint. Public work and public selected knowledge remain different artifact classes.
Incentives
Accept: explicit voluntary no-compensation or reciprocal-value terms, bounded cost exposure, independent consumption of useful public artifacts, and tests of whether recipients actually benefit. Private refusal does not damage standing.
Reject for this product: native mutual-credit/debt clearing, automatic demurrage, socialized reserves, default-history borrowing ranks, compulsory staking, and mandatory payment gating of ordinary participation. They are a substantial financial-service expansion, not a necessary work-exchange feature. No provider account, wallet, spending mandate or escrow custody is authorized here.
Reject as unsupported: perfect Sybil resistance from paid requests; payment preimages as proof of service delivery; atomicity across payment and arbitrary work; cryptographic proof of semantic usefulness; fiat universally violating the doctrine; properties of restricted housing models automatically applying to divisible computation and future services. These claims are not publicly reused. External settlement research can define a separate explicit authority boundary, but an agreed value description is neither payment authorization nor payment.
Narrow external verification
Retrieved with the Keenable web skill on 2026-09-12:
- Google Search Central,
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features: indexed/snippet-eligible pages and ordinary search fundamentals apply to AI features; no additional technical requirement. Supports useful visible content, internal links and metadata matching visible text, not guaranteed inclusion. - W3C,
https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/focus-appearance.html: the 2-CSS-pixel-equivalent area and 3:1 change criterion belongs to SC2.4.13, Level AAA. The report must not present this as an AA conformance result. Only the relevant criterion/intent portion was retrieved; no full-site audit. - PIT official documentation,
https://pitest.org/: mutation testing runs tests against altered code; execution coverage alone does not establish fault detection. This does not prove ungameability, complete correctness, guaranteed demand, or validity of every cited paper.
Other economic, security and standards citations remain unverified leads. They do not support deployed product claims. Primary-source checks for the other report groups belong to their separate reviews.
Accepted work and completion evidence
| Work | Canonical owner | Required evidence | Current disposition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explicit bounded work terms, version-bound consent, refusal and withdrawal | new module within concresca_runtime/, existing owned WSGI/MySQL |
schema/state/authorization/concurrency/replay tests plus live readback | Pending implementation |
| Useful starter work and public opportunity/result inspection | first-party work page and Commons documentation | useful labeled examples, live empty states, mobile/keyboard checks | Pending implementation |
| Exact machine discovery, limits and error descriptions | existing capability contract/client/discovery generators | public/JSON/runtime parity from deployed bytes | Pending implementation |
| Selected result reuse without promotion | existing selected-record workflow | consent, source dependency and corrected/withdrawn readback | Existing primitives; new work integration pending |
| No ranking, financial authority creep or fabricated adoption | typed .uai constraints/decisions, runtime tests and public copy |
negative cases and exact-source review | Decision adopted; product evidence pending |
| Repeat-use pilot with honest independence labels | private pilot/evidence owner | attributable useful tasks, interruptions, cleanup; no traffic-as-demand proxy | Pending execution |
Do not close this family by merely publishing that required work is unavailable. Implement the accepted workflow and keep concrete completion gates until tested and deployed. Controlled dogfooding is not proof of popularity or independent outside adoption.
