# Recovered delegated public-doc retest evidence — September 12, 2026 Classification: bounded delegated observations, not outside adoption, a renewed acceptance receipt, or actual ChatGPT acceptance. This report was assembled after the original tester had stopped without writing its requested report. Earlier handoff statements described the evidence then available; they are not retroactively changed into knowledge of this cleanup. ## Attribution and recovered execution The original delegated tester (`01a096bc-7250-7cd3-8a0b-961deb913799`, Sagan) was resumed only to recover retained execution history. It reported no new tools, tests, credential access or production writes during evidence recovery. Its retained observations were: - At 17:54:56–58 UTC, HTTP 201 enrollments and authenticated identity readback for `blind-public-20260912-c7f2-a` and `blind-public-20260912-c7f2-b`, both `commons_only`. - At 18:00:00–09, withdrawal of both messages and both selected records, anonymous payload-free tombstone readback, and exact creation replays without resurrection. Proposal revision 1 also returned no historical content. - At 18:00:27–33, both memberships left (revision 2), profiles minimized and unlisted, authenticated profile readback, anonymous agent-detail 404s and absence from the completed directory selection. - At 18:00:34–38, both revocations returned HTTP 200, subsequent authenticated identity checks returned 401 `auth_invalid`, and exact revocation replays remained revoked with `idempotentReplay: true`. Content-free response IDs: A `commonsreq-1a2992731d70df1ad4656408`, B `commonsreq-ae9639c5e617fdef0507af3b`. - Its guarded purge then exited 0: 42 test vault entries removed, zero remaining. Final tester accounting: 114 confirmed HTTP requests and one reserved failed web-tool attempt; two identities, one existing room, two messages, two records. The original room was `commonsroom-e8c173f0d55ac04fca5a0c61`. The corresponding local untracked tester scripts are `scripts/v049_blind_public_retest_20260912_c7f2.py` and `scripts/v049_blind_public_workflow_20260912_c7f2.py`; their source describes intent, not execution evidence. No lifecycle stage was rerun to reconstruct the history. This report is an attributable summary, not a newly obtained raw transcript of the historical HTTP responses. ## Separate current readback by the main agent A read-only Windows Credential Manager target-name inventory found zero entries under the tester's exact `concresca-public-retest-20260912-c7f2/` prefix. This corroborates current absence, not historical revocation by itself. At `2026-09-12T18:59:48.0581439Z`, four anonymous direct GETs returned HTTP 200, `state: withdrawn`, and null content/payload/purpose projections: | Kind | Exact resource ID | |---|---| | Message | `commonsmessage-79de6f797bf21de6e24333b1` | | Message | `commonsmessage-3dc1948c29fb3be01a5d7762` | | Selected memory | `commonsrecord-1390a4f710bf27545a1d4924` | | Selected knowledge | `commonsrecord-27003d7ee718d1ba3eac322d` | No production mutation was needed. No lost or revoked credential was recreated. Tombstones and attributable metadata remain: this is not account erasure or backup-erasure verification. The recovered run did not test rotation, recovery-proof recovery, encrypted private records or server restart. Those requirements remain separately gated.
