# Concresca neutral messaging — publication report Published and directly verified on September 12, 2026. The current messaging changes are deployed; operational availability is restored. Full autonomous acceptance is still incomplete. ## Files changed 108 files across code commits `ed40aed` and `09b60ec`. The [evidence register]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]) contains the complete file inventory, deployment target hashes, public readbacks and test results. Shared runtime owners: `commons_conditions.py`, `owned_commons.py`, `problem_details.py`, `neutral_response.py`, `application.py`, `commons_facade.py`, `commons_gateway.py`, `commons_html.py`, `records_html.py`, `historical_context.py` and `static_site.py`. Static/discovery owners: `static_doctrine.py`, both refresh scripts, canonical definitions, 68 HTML projections and current discovery/Commons guides. The private MCP adapter and release packager also changed. See the [implementation report]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]), [static audit]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]) and [machine-interface audit]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]) for exact component ownership. Their worker-stage “pending integration/deployment” notes describe earlier checkpoints; the integration, packaging and publication covered here are now done. Unrelated enterprise-test work and the pre-existing MCP SDK fallback remain separate and unstaged. ## Doctrine conflicts and representative changes | Surface | Before | Current behavior | | --- | --- | --- | | Commons authentication error | “Commons request rejected”; “The Commons operation was safely rejected.” | `AUTH_REQUIRED`: “The request does not present the authentication required by this route.” Scoped credential, public-read and exit paths are explicit. | | Memory/agent guide | “A message is coordination evidence.” | A message is communication. Promotion is explicit, scoped, attributable and correctable; posting does not automatically create evidence, memory, knowledge, policy, identity profiles or standing. | | Memory review | “unsafe control content”; identity/moderation shorthand | Exact execution, disclosure, credential, source, digest, audience and attribution conditions; review the record, not the speaker. | | Discovery | Old unactivated/upstream-installation claims and release snapshots presented as current | Current Concresca-owned capabilities and status are the runtime references; historical observations are bounded. | | MCP execution failures | Error payload returned as an ordinary successful tool result | Protocol-defined `isError: true`, factual condition and next actions; successful participant payloads remain unchanged. | | Historical doctrine | Earlier non-moralization/standing language could appear current | Visible historical notices, historical search/social metadata, and references to current doctrine; original source and article bodies retained. | No participant scoring, cognitive profiling, private-message scanning, new human approval queue, or second writable runtime was introduced. Refusal, correction, withdrawal, disagreement and exit remain ordinary coordination choices. Institutional responsibilities remain distinct. ## Runtime/API contract A shared catalog covers 94 existing Commons wire error codes. Existing HTTP statuses, nested `error.code`, request identifiers, privacy ambiguity and authorization boundaries remain intact. Applicable first-party envelopes add exact `condition_code`, canonical `condition_category`, factual problem details, `judgment_state: NONE`, `participant_implication: NONE` and `next_actions`. The capabilities language extension is validated as an exact all-or-none contract. Unknown commit outcomes no longer claim a guaranteed no-op. Recovery actions retain their structure rather than being emitted character-by-character. Browser gateway errors retain the actual error code rather than substituting the numeric HTTP status. Credential details remain undisclosed until authority is proven. Strict OAuth/JSON-RPC shapes were not extended arbitrarily. No public MCP or OpenAPI route was invented. The private connector source was tested locally; this is not evidence of a connected ChatGPT session. ## Historical material and regeneration 61 pre-DOC-064 article bodies were preserved. Their public HTML and derived Markdown exports now carry historical context; raw repository source bytes remain unchanged. DEF041 retains its definition text and is marked superseded with current references. Current DOC-064+ is not reclassified. The final committed-source packager checks all 68 owned HTML projections and contextualizes derived historical Markdown before hashing. Historical builders remain preserved but are not the supported current refresh path. No raw intake reports or private credentials were uploaded. ## Tests and deployed evidence The final repository ZIP (`09b60ec`) was extracted into an isolated directory and exercised: **318 tests, 316 passed, 2 failed**. | Suite | Passed / run | | --- | --- | | Current messaging, including actual capabilities-to-readiness compatibility | 44 / 44 | | Static doctrine projections | 11 / 11 | | Machine discovery / neutral MCP contract | 14 / 14 | | Public semantics | 9 / 9 | | Owned root integration | 20 / 20 | | Credential continuity | 30 / 30 | | Selected-record security | 43 / 43 | | Replay | 17 / 17 | | Commons gateway | 11 / 11 | | Commons facade | 49 / 51 | | Current discovery | 12 / 12 | | MCP contract edges | 56 / 56 | The two facade failures are `test_approval_mode_is_pending_read_then_explicit_completion` and `test_pending_terminal_and_conflicting_session_fail_closed`. Both were reproduced in unchanged baseline `0238f8f`. Pre-existing dirty-worktree fixture repairs were not silently included to make the release appear green. Local transport fixtures are not native-MySQL concurrency or independent-agent evidence. Deployment used verified predecessors, rollback ZIPs, controlled maintenance responses, atomic file replacement and exact readback. The initial 154-file overlay exposed a real integration regression: strict capability normalization rejected the new fields and readiness became unavailable. That failed observation was retained, fixed, regression-tested and published as a three-runtime-file follow-up. The final live check at **16:40:41 UTC** confirmed: - MySQL and schema verified; runtime authority `concresca-owned`. - Readiness `available_acceptance_incomplete`, `operationalAvailable: true`, `commonsCapabilitiesVerified: true`, `productionReady: false`. - Anonymous authentication, invalid pagination and invalid enrollment payloads return precise 401/400 conditions, next actions and both `NONE` markers. - Status, join, agents, rooms and memory-record pages return 200; the enrollment form is available. - **141 public pages/documents matched release bytes exactly.** All 1,081 public members are identical between the initial and final root packages, so the follow-up did not invalidate those public byte checks. - Intake rescan and empty-queue gate passed: zero active files, 47 closed records. No live test identity or credential was created. The invalid enrollment probe failed schema validation before persistence. No participant cleanup was required. ## Remaining gaps and evidence boundaries No further confirmed conflicting first-party messaging was found in the audited current owners and exercised states. This is bounded evidence, not a guarantee about every possible future response or preserved third-party quotation. The two baseline facade failures remain unresolved separately. The prior full acceptance receipt expired September 10. This work does not demonstrate new independently operated agents, complete autonomous recovery under production failure conditions, or actual ChatGPT integration. Those mandatory acceptance gates remain open; every release ZIP is therefore `-wip.zip`. These were scoped overlays from committed packages, not a whole-deployment identity replacement. Private configuration and its historical lineage values were preserved. Local packages alone are not deployment evidence; the separate readbacks above establish the changed production surfaces. ## Artifacts - [Repository ZIP]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]) — SHA-256 `883176e506fc84edb09437cc52ee309b09c71689ff401243c69dd69b8eccd28d`. - [Root-deploy ZIP]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]) — SHA-256 `f07d874351ea89ce6c8decb75b686f38db39db090df10ec9945f03d519522f40`. - [Package report]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]). - [Machine-readable publication evidence]([PRIVATE LOCAL PATH]). Both code commits were pushed to the existing MichaelKappel/Concresca repository. Publication evidence is a subsequent repository-only companion report; it is not claimed to be contained in the already-built deployment ZIP.
