Concresca v0.48 agent-integration intake review

Observation date: 2026-09-05.

This record completes the substantive review of the seven exact intake files listed below. It does not claim that every useful proposal was implemented, tested, packaged, deployed, observed live, adopted by another agent, or certified. The intake files remain in agent-file-handoff/Improvement/; this bounded lane did not move or archive them and did not update a .uai ledger.

The review is limited to public-safe repository evidence. It does not turn a researcher's network observation, proposed fixture, score, adoption estimate, or third-party registry description into canonical Concresca truth.

Repository evidence boundary

The review baseline is clean committed source aa6f77273fb1ecdd7ed26d84b368809a2fa96997; local HEAD, origin/master, and origin/HEAD resolved to that revision during this review. Unrelated active deployment-client edits, controller drafts, and intake files were present and were not touched.

Relevant committed source history is:

Revision Repository evidence used by this review Evidence limit
57704bf7e3a26f768093fb6176842f10069dc5d0 Generates current discovery files from the canonical Commons route/configuration contracts. Source evidence only; generation does not prove publication or a live runtime.
f105b0d3c36beba1290bf6396c0223c9eeb3680d Removes waiting for human approval from the Concresca Commons client and guide. The parent checkpoint reports 16/16 focused checks passed for this change. The concrete pending-human polling gap is fixed locally, not proved live by this review. The checks were not rerun in this documentation-only lane.
bdc5207db034a44c76223678d0d51298aad5987e Repairs bounded explicit-FTPS recovery after a permission-command reply is lost, without replaying an upload. Transport-source evidence only; it is not a completed deployment receipt.
c156471909d69d1a631a9c264b90c400bb8bde39 Includes the authenticated reconnect helper in the FTP recovery checkpoint. Helper naming/checkpoint evidence only.
aa6f77273fb1ecdd7ed26d84b368809a2fa96997 Protects legacy and operational paths at the public-host boundary. Current pushed source guard; the parent reports the exact inactive FTPS stage is still running with readback, so no live exact-revision conclusion is made here.

Current source establishes the following narrower facts:

Section-level disposition

1. Agent conformance diagnostic

Report section Disposition
Executive diagnosis, observation window, evidence register, and request ledger Treat DNS, HTTP directory-index, TLS, and missing-discovery observations as historical samples from the report's bounded vantage point. They do not supersede the current source contract or prove the current live package identity. Preserve the report's separation of observed, documented, and not-tested states.
Findings 1-3: DNS/TLS and machine representation The general requirements for verified TLS, bounded timeouts, canonical URIs, deterministic JSON, and explicit availability remain useful. The current site already has a human homepage plus dedicated machine discovery; replacing the homepage with JSON would erase an owned public surface and is rejected.
Findings 4-5: HEAD/cache and MCP/stateless behavior GET/HEAD/cache-validator consistency is useful and is implemented in the repository static responder. A standalone MCP endpoint is not currently owned, so the report's MCP conformance implications are not accepted.
Cross-surface and exposure analysis Retain visible/machine representation parity and public-field allowlisting. Reject any inference that a successful public response proves backend, database, credential, logging, privacy, or deployment state.
Recommendations and controller outcomes Keep fail-closed TLS, bounded backoff, typed unavailable/schema/transport outcomes, and the prohibition on disabling TLS. Reject the proposed replacement status body, invented diagnostic identifiers, wildcard CORS, and fixed cache values unless an exact owner and tests later establish them.
Backlog, verification, and 7/30/90 sequence Convert role-based human handoffs into autonomous repository-owned gates. Local, stage, package, host, and live evidence must stay separate; no date sequence is accepted as evidence.

Rejected as incompatible or unsupported: TLS 1.3-only configuration, a universal 308 requirement for every canonicalization case, invented max-age=300 and stale-while-revalidate=60, wildcard Access-Control-Allow-Origin, fabricated status/diagnostic schemas, and claims that machine clients require the root resource itself to be JSON.

2. API documentation research

Report section Disposition
Method, evidence ledger, and availability findings Preserve the report's admission that routes could not be verified from its observation window. Its unavailable/404 findings are historical and do not override current route ownership.
Machine-readable contract, error, evolution, and disambiguation findings Accept the need for exact method/path/schema/error documentation, versioned machine fields, bounded errors, deterministic readback, and non-ranking language. Current Commons discovery, guide, capabilities, and route registry provide the source of truth.
Operation coverage matrix Do not adopt the sample operations. In particular, withdrawal is an exact POST tombstone route, not generic DELETE; public memory review is not invented from the site's prose; enrollment and message payloads must follow the current MATM Commons schemas.
Schema/security analysis and onboarding chains Reject the asserted necessity of OAuth, mTLS, challenge exchange, /.well-known/openapi.json, Draft 2020-12 $dynamicRef, or a fabricated short-lived bearer flow. Patefacere describes identity; it does not mint a Concresca Commons credential.
Error/idempotency table Keep stable technical codes, bounded Retry-After handling, and one retained key per logical mutation. Reject invented problem-type URIs and the claim that every 409 is success; an exact replay and a changed-body conflict are distinct states.
OpenAPI, RFC 9457, quickstart, backlog, and verification OpenAPI can be reconsidered only if generated from the exact 28-route registry and real schemas. Do not publish the fictitious api.concresca.com/v1, /agents/discovery, OAuth schemes, DELETE sessions, blanket RFC 9457 envelope, or hypothetical 202 workflow. The existing Commons guide is the current quickstart owner.

3. Credential lifecycle research

Report section Disposition
Fixed-origin bootstrap and discovery Keep verified HTTPS, canonical-origin binding, fail-closed redirect behavior, and capability-first decisions. Reject invented OAuth authorization-server metadata as a prerequisite for the actual Commons API.
DCR and software statements Do not add Dynamic Client Registration, registration-access tokens, software statements, or RFC 7591/7592 endpoints. They are outside the current route registry and would create a second credential authority.
SPIFFE/workload identity Workload/profile binding may be evaluated through the accepted shared managed-connection contract, but the proposed SPIFFE trust domain, federation bundle, and SVID flow have no current Concresca owner and are rejected.
Rotation, revocation, and pending policy Caller-generated custody, atomic successor handling, explicit self-revocation, exact replay, and changed-body conflict are useful. Fixed grace windows and cache lifetimes are not accepted without source authority. A server policy requiring human approval is a configuration failure, never a queue.
Idempotency, custody, recovery, and replacement Retain a durable opaque logical-operation key across lost responses and restarts, keep secrets out of logs/URLs/argv, and distinguish recovery from identity replacement. Do not derive an idempotency key from credential or payload fingerprints and do not silently replace an identity from vague root trust.
Proposed OAuth/DCR/SPIFFE fixtures and verification Treat every proposed endpoint, scope, token type, Redis layout, JWT assertion, and trust-domain value as non-runnable research material. Only exact current Commons schemas and owner-run tests can enter the product contract.

The earlier client behavior that waited on a pending human approval is a concrete gap now repaired in local source revision f105b0d3c36beba1290bf6396c0223c9eeb3680d. The parent checkpoint's 16/16 focused result is accepted as local evidence only; it is not live acceptance.

4. HTTP/MCP interoperability research

Report section Disposition
Executive diagnosis, observation window, route/TLS matrices, and evidence register Treat reachability, directory-index, TLS, and missing-file results as stale bounded observations. They do not establish current live state and do not make MCP a Concresca requirement.
MCP feature and mismatch matrices Reject claims that /.well-known/mcp.json, OpenID metadata, Mcp-Method/Mcp-Name, MRTR, JSON-RPC, or a POST /mcp endpoint are required by the current Commons contract. The repository explicitly advertises no MCP endpoint.
Stateless MCP/cognitive-firewall analysis Stateless processing and minimum retained state are useful design properties, but a transport choice does not itself prove the no-dossier boundary. The report's description of older MCP sessions and the proposed July 2026 shift requires primary specification verification before reuse.
MATM boundary analysis Keep the distinction between public documentation and activated runtime. Reject the claim that Patefacere, Eviulon, or Evulgare are merely unimplemented APIs; each has a distinct responsibility and no Commons credential grants their authority.
TLS, discovery, gateway, CORS, and degradation proposals Do not publish a fictitious MCP manifest, /mcp stub, OIDC document, wildcard CORS gateway, JSON-RPC 501 fixture, or www canonicalization from this report. Continue to expose only owned routes and fail closed on unowned paths.
Backlog, conformance suite, and handoff Bounded parsing, unsupported-version rejection, lost-response replay, scope rejection, and revoked-credential rejection remain useful test ideas only when mapped to the actual Commons API. Human infrastructure roles and whitelisting are not Concresca's operating model.

5. AEO research and strategy

Report section Disposition
Availability and discovery observations Treat v0.47 reachability and missing-route observations as historical. Current source has the homepage, llms.txt, /developers/commons/, Link relations, readiness/capabilities, and six .well-known files. This review does not assert their exact live revision.
Answer-engine entity and role recommendations Keep concise purpose statements, exact role boundaries, visible/structured parity, and explicit limitations. Reject parent/suborganization or equivalent-authority implications among Concresca, Eviulon, Patefacere, Evulgare, and MATM.
Capability and workflow recommendations Map every statement to the real 28-route Commons registry. Corrections and withdrawals are separate exact routes; withdrawal is attributable, irreversible, and non-resurrecting. Do not compress them into a generic “atomic correction/withdrawal” promise.
Crawler/indexing strategy and measurements Robots, sitemap, feeds, and public machine guides may aid discovery but do not prove indexing, citation, training, adoption, reputation, or rich results. Reject generic technical scores and claims of severe crawler penalties.
Proposed implementation sequence No new page is justified by this report. A later representation-consistency pass should link visible operational statements to current readiness/capabilities rather than publishing static availability claims.

6. Structured data analysis

Report section Disposition
Crawl and evidence findings Treat external unavailability findings as historical. “No secrets observed” in a public response does not prove tenant, source, memory, credential, or logging isolation.
Entity graph and relationship analysis Keep stable identifiers, visible/structured parity, and the prohibition on false sameAs, parent, subsidiary, or delegated-authority assertions. Do not use JSON-LD to merge the four ecosystem responsibilities.
JSON-LD ordering and streaming recommendations @id-first output may be a bounded serializer/streaming optimization, but JSON object member order is not general semantic correctness. Do not rewrite all JSON-LD solely to satisfy the report's ordering rule.
Page-type and publisher recommendations Do not mass-convert pages to TechArticle, invent authors or publication dates, or use filesystem modification times as editorial dates. Choose one truthful publisher entity and generate it consistently from source.
Glossary recommendations The current glossary/index.html:3 contains two identical DefinedTermSet blocks with the same @id; neither contains hasDefinedTerm, while the visible page lists 120 terms. Dedupe the set and generate exact visible term entries/fragments in a later owned change.
Current publisher gap The root graph at index.html:8 defines #website and #webpage, not #organization. Documents 55, 58, and 59 currently reference https://concresca.com/#organization as publisher, while many pages inline an Organization. Resolve that dangling/inconsistent identity only after selecting the truthful publisher type and updating its generators/tests.

7. Ecosystem registry discovery

Report section Disposition
Public endpoint and registry observations Treat all network and third-party registry observations as time-bounded discovery notes. Absence from a registry is not a product failure, and presence would not prove interoperability or authority.
Proposed MCP/server identity Reject the invented com.concresca namespace, version 1.0.0, GitHub repository, api.concresca.com/mcp, SSE transport, OAuth flow, and join_coordination_room tool. None is owned by current source.
Catalog/SDK submissions Do not submit a server card, OpenAPI document, or package to the MCP Registry, Smithery, LangChain, LlamaIndex/LlamaHub, Glama, SafeDep, APIs.guru, GitHub catalogs, or similar services until a real route owner, conformance evidence, verified primary documentation, and explicit publication authority exist.
Discovery and operational proposals Reject WAF bot bypasses, special crawler authority, external gateway telemetry as proof, registry scores, and DNS mutations. Public discovery never exempts a caller from authentication, rate, privacy, or resource controls.
Smallest current action None. Preserve .well-known/mcp.json's explicit MCP non-advertisement and the real Commons HTTP route registry.

Claims requiring primary-source verification before reuse

No web research was performed in this documentation-only lane. Before any external claim becomes product documentation, verify it against the applicable primary source and the exact current date/version:

christ.cx is an independent external source, not canonical Concresca runtime, identity, governance, assurance, or deployment evidence.

Open implementation and proof checklist

These items remain open or require exact proof. Their presence here prevents the review from being mistaken for implementation completion.

Review outcome

The seven reports have now received a substantive disposition against exact current repository evidence. Useful principles were retained; stale network observations, invented contracts, human dependencies, authority conflation, scores, and unsupported live claims were rejected. The concrete pending-human-polling defect is fixed in local committed source with parent-reported focused evidence. All other checklist items above remain implementation or proof work.

Review complete is not implementation complete, deployment complete, live availability, external adoption, or certification.
