Upload, restart and activation are different operations
The supplied diagnostic sequence records static-file delivery, then a working Python backend, then a canonical status placeholder still masking the runtime. A running activation snapshot does not establish installer completion. The final retained live-response report records runtime JSON at the canonical route. No further activation is requested solely by the documentation or workbench feature edition.

Preserve the already working service
The earlier documentation edition changed report indexes, memory and package accounting. The feature edition adds the static workbench and public audit helper while preserving the same runtime. It does not replace host .htaccess, runtime state, credentials, database, worker schedule or the Python runtime code. Historical installer instructions in preserved reports are not instructions to rerun activation for this feature edition.
