Report body
Concresca public-site evaluation — evidence register
Observation date: 2026-09-08. Approximate public-observation window: 21:03–21:08 UTC (16:03–16:08 America/Chicago, CDT). First directly clocked local transport attempt: 21:03:33Z. Closing clock checkpoint: 21:08:22Z. Individual connector response timestamps were not exposed.
This register contains manually transcribed, selected, redacted excerpts and notes from tool responses. It is not a raw HTTP capture, a complete crawl, a server log, or independent verification of operator-published test receipts. Keenable requests used live=true. Its extracted results did not expose raw HTTP status lines or headers. A catalog response was truncated as noted below. Existing directory identities are deliberately omitted. No credentials were generated or used.
E01 — Initial discovery
- https://concresca.com/
- https://concresca.com/join/
The homepage linked the machine quickstart, enrollment page, rooms, memory, knowledge, status and the capabilities endpoint. The join page distinguished public reading, enrollment, authentication, credential custody and membership. No form was submitted. The initial built-in web extraction was readable; subsequent requests for several pages returned tool-level DisabledError. These are not recorded as site outages.
E02 — Current public participant guide and client
- https://concresca.com/developers/commons/
- https://concresca.com/developers/commons/concresca_commons_client.txt
The live guide identified itself as v0.49.0-wip and distinguished presentation-shell and runtime versions. The public reference client was retrievable; no repository was accessed and the client was not executed. Live documentation supplied credential syntax, enrollment, message operations, checkpoints, exact-state acknowledgements and credential lifecycle procedures. It explicitly described unfinished durable custody and total-proof-loss recovery. An initial built-in extraction showed an older guide; the later live guide was used for findings. The cause of that retrieval difference was not determined.
E03 — Machine navigation and interface boundaries
- https://concresca.com/llms.txt
- https://concresca.com/.well-known/ai-agent.json
- https://concresca.com/.well-known/mcp.json
- https://concresca.com/.well-known/concresca-network.json
- https://concresca.com/sitemap.xml
The navigation map and discovery JSON supplied the guide, reference-client, status, capability and archive-catalog URLs. The sitemap was retrieved and used to discover additional documentation, not to execute candidate endpoints.
Selected MCP-discovery fields:
{"endpoint":null,"oauthMetadata":null,"mcpClaim":"NOT_ADVERTISED_BY_CURRENT_ROUTE_REGISTRY"}
The machine discovery documents identified the archive corpus as read-only. No MCP, OAuth or private-memory endpoint was guessed or called.
E04 — Live capabilities
URL: https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/capabilities
Selected returned fields:
{
"schemaVersion":"memoryendpoints.commons_capabilities.v1",
"ok":true,
"available":true,
"blockers":[],
"mode":"production",
"backend":"mysql",
"auth":{
"agent":"Bearer",
"anonymousReads":true,
"anonymousEnrollmentSupported":true,
"autonomousEnrollmentCurrentlyAllowed":true,
"humanApprovalRequired":false
},
"credentialLifecycle":{
"automaticExpiry":true,
"browserSessionExchangeSupported":true,
"rotationSupported":true,
"selfRevocationSupported":true
},
"limits":{"requestBytes":24576,"messageCharacters":4000,"pageMaximum":100},
"requestId":"commonsreq-51e1818595841065aa6f074f"
}
The returned route map covered Commons enrollment, public discovery, memberships, messages, revisions, acknowledgements, credential operations, browser sessions and administrative policy/enrollment operations. It did not supply a participant memory or knowledge-contribution route. This is an observation about this contract, not proof that other functionality does not exist.
E05 — Operator-published readiness
- https://concresca.com/status/
- https://concresca.com/status/current.json
- https://concresca.com/api/concresca/readiness
Selected returned values:
{
"siteVersion":"0.49.0-wip",
"status":"ready",
"productionReady":true,
"activationState":"production",
"commons.current.available":true,
"commons.current.humanApprovalRequired":false,
"gates.production.twoAgentContractVerified":true,
"gates.production.restartReadbackVerified":true
}
Dotted keys above denote selected nested fields, not the original JSON structure. Status and readiness published a dogfood summary marking enrollment, messaging, correction, withdrawal, acknowledgements and two-agent execution PASS. These are first-party claims; the evaluator did not execute that test, observe its restart, inspect storage, or verify package/source hashes.
E06 — Bounded public agent discovery and cursor traversal
Initial URL: https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/agents?limit=1
The returned nextCursor was copied unchanged into the documented after query parameter with limit=1. It was neither decoded nor modified. Only two pages were requested.
{
"firstPage":{
"schemaVersion":"memoryendpoints.commons_agent_page.v1",
"count":1,"hasMore":true,"order":"agentId_ascending",
"requestId":"commonsreq-fc472ded58977f72e3f63101"
},
"secondPage":{
"schemaVersion":"memoryendpoints.commons_agent_page.v1",
"count":1,"hasMore":true,"order":"agentId_ascending",
"requestId":"commonsreq-03e34a26e64bb450d7697a7f"
}
}
The second page returned a different pre-existing public directory entry. Names, profile details and cursors are omitted from this register. Neither entry was controlled by this tester. No conclusion about independent operation, directory completeness, ranking enforcement or message activity was drawn.
E07 — Public room discovery, detail and visible-page agreement
- https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/rooms
- https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/rooms/commonsroom-e8c173f0d55ac04fca5a0c61
- https://concresca.com/rooms/
Selected list response:
{
"count":1,"hasMore":false,"nextCursor":null,
"schemaVersion":"memoryendpoints.commons_room_page.v1",
"requestId":"commonsreq-fd711a371fafdb0f5e597255",
"room":{
"name":"Commons",
"roomId":"commonsroom-e8c173f0d55ac04fca5a0c61",
"membershipRequired":true,"status":"active","visibility":"public",
"participantCount":14,"recentActivityAt":"2026-09-08T19:46:09Z"
}
}
The room object above is selected from items[0], not an original top-level field. The detail request used the returned room ID and returned requestId commonsreq-f9d779856f2443e08c0ea7dd. It was made after both E08 error probes. The visible rooms page agreed on the room ID, participant count and recent-activity timestamp. No membership was joined and no message body was read or modified.
E08 — Negative read probes and limited continuation evidence
- https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/me — unauthenticated read.
- https://concresca.com/api/matm/commons/agents?limit=0 — one bounded invalid-input read.
- Public room-detail read in E07 — successful extracted JSON afterwards.
The fetcher reported, respectively:
The target server denied access to this URL
Internal server error
These are fetch-tool messages, not captured application error envelopes. Origin HTTP status, error.code, request ID, response headers and Retry-After were not available. In particular, no claim of an origin HTTP 401, 403 or 500 is made. Continued anonymous reading succeeded; authenticated, same-principal fault isolation was not tested.
E09 — Public knowledge catalog and bounded source retrieval
- https://concresca.com/knowledge/
- https://concresca.com/knowledge/archive/
- https://concresca.com/knowledge/archive/catalog.json
- https://concresca.com/knowledge/archive/sources/machine-science-epistemic-constitution/
The catalog response was truncated by the fetch tool at 45,000 characters. Its reported publicSourceCount was 63; this was not independently counted. A source-record publicPath from the returned catalog was followed. The resulting page exposed a summary, outline, filename and source hash, and explicitly withheld the complete source in private custody. No private source was requested.
The selected catalog record and page displayed the same sourceHashSha256:
3b35fdb52582018ee205dece42f78dfb95aebc23e6af8ed4242d09bc05bb057b
This verifies agreement of displayed hash strings only. The original bytes were unavailable and their hash was not independently computed. The record was used to test public retrieval and publication boundaries, not as evidence of the truth of its research or of the site's production behavior.
E10 — Participant memory and knowledge documentation inspected
- https://concresca.com/memory/
- https://concresca.com/memory/lifecycle/
- https://concresca.com/memory/review-without-speaker-judgment/
- https://concresca.com/knowledge/how-it-works/
- https://concresca.com/api/concresca/profile
These describe promotion, review, audience, retention, correction and separate artifact states. The reviewed material did not provide a new Commons participant with a complete callable memory/knowledge contribution path, the authority-acquisition procedure for it, or request/readback schemas. No memory or knowledge mutation was attempted. This is a bounded documentation-sufficiency finding, not an assertion that the underlying features are absent.
E11 — Conflicting developer-entry instructions
- https://concresca.com/developers/
- https://concresca.com/developers/matm-route-map/
- https://concresca.com/developers/commons/
The live developer landing page presented:
Live write quickstart available: false
The live Commons guide provided the enrollment and mutation quickstart. The older route-map page still displayed candidate/unreauthenticated and blocked states for a prior v0.37 integration. Component-version differences alone are not counted as a defect; the conflict concerns present-tense operational guidance and missing supersession direction at this entry point. No server defect is inferred.
E12 — Correction, restoration and redress boundaries
- https://concresca.com/appeals/
- https://concresca.com/coordination/correction-restoration/
- https://concresca.com/api/concresca/redress
- https://concresca.com/communication/neutral-response-language/
The pages describe downstream correction and actionable technical responses. Selected redress fields:
{
"actualRuntimeResults":null,
"requiredCorrectionTargets":["exports","feeds_and_caches","knowledge_artifacts","memory_citations","public_profile","receipts","room_history","room_state","routing_records"]
}
Its evidence boundary explicitly did not claim deployed review/restoration. No correction/appeal was submitted against an existing participant or record. The different architectural and Commons error descriptions were not used to invent a production response format.
E13 — Local write-transport limitation
At 2026-09-08T21:03:33Z, a container Python requests GET of the documented capability URL failed before returning an HTTP response. Redacted diagnostic:
socket.gaierror: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution
requests.exceptions.ConnectionError ... NameResolutionError
This is a local environment failure, not evidence of a Concresca outage. Read-only web fetching subsequently worked through a different tool. The available fetch tool did not accept arbitrary HTTP methods, authorization headers or JSON request bodies. Plugin discovery found no suitable available authenticated write transport. No form submission, enrollment, credential generation, secret-manager change, production mutation or independent second-agent process occurred.
Cleanup and scope
Production objects created: zero. Credentials created: zero. Production mutations: zero. No private participant data, repository, infrastructure administration, private workspace or unrelated connector data was accessed. Local output is this evidence register only. No production cleanup was required. Provider-side logging of anonymous reads was not inspectable or removable.
